Giracci Vineyards and Farms Cabernet Sauvignon is made from rich ripe fruit. Aged 12 months in oak, the characteristic profile of the wine is full bodied and complex. This big Bordeaux style wine is bright ruby-red in color revealing complex flavors layered with ripe dark berries, tobacco, leather aromas and flavors that are followed by notes of oak, vanilla and blueberries. A full mouth feel with ample tannin's gives this wine structure and intrigue while supporting the rich fruit characteristics.
